How to dry
Follow our steps below to get the best results from your Wash&Go dryers
Only use Wash&Go washing machines before drying. Hand-washed laundry or washed at home IS NOT ALLOWED IN ONE OF OUR DRYERS
Do not use the permanent press or delicate washing programs before using the dryer because your wash will be too wet to get dry

Open the app and check which dryer is available

Open the door
Also quickly check the drum inside to make sure no residue or substance left from previous user’s cycle or any objects that shouldn’t be there

Clean the filter with a hand swipe
To get the best results and ensure your laundry doesn’t come out still wet, it is very important to draw off any fluff, dust or trapped items from the filter

Load the machine and close the door
Only one washing machine load per dryer otherwise your items will not get dry as hot air can not circulate around your laundry
Check labels of your laundry whether your items can be tumble dried

Press green button on the machine to start (within 5 minutes after payment)

Pick up your items in time
Check in the app how much time is left when your items are ready. Pick up when finished otherwise your items can get damp because of moisture knock back

Think about your neighbor and leave the machine clean
