No, this is not necessary, you may leave the laundry. The washer is locked during a washing cycle. However, for your safety, we advise you to return before the end of the cycle, so that you can collect your laundry when the machine unlocks. Please note, that the dryer can be opened any time. Please keep in mind that the indicated washing and drying cycle times are approximate, therefore, if you decide to leave, make sure to return before the end of the cycle. The app can send you a notification when the cycle is finished

Using the reservation option in the app, you can reserve the washing machine for 10 minutes. The reserved machine stays locked for 10 minutes. You can start this machine by paying with stars and press the green start button on the machine

Yes, to be able to buy any of the services provided by Wash&Go Laundry Solutions via the mobile application, customers need to upload the amount of 15 or 25 Euros via the payment methods displayed in the app. Any unused credit will expire 12 months after the date of purchase

Yes, in case of malfunctioning of the machines we reimburse the amount of money you lost. You need to sends us a message within 24h. We only reimburse via the app
